What is Invitea?
Invitea is a wedding invitation website platform that helps couples create, personalize, publish, and share online invitations using wedding templates and supported features such as RSVP, galleries, guestbooks, domain options, and bespoke design.
Can I preview a template before using it?
Yes. Public templates include a Preview action so you can review the design before choosing it. You can browse wedding invitation templates before deciding which design to use.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Invitea's current public package catalog includes a Free option. See the Pricing page for the current package details and available options.

Can I personalize my invitation?
Yes. Invitea supports editable wedding information such as couple details, event information, story, gallery, RSVP, guestbook, and other supported sections.
Does Invitea include RSVP, gallery, and guestbook?
Invitea supports these core wedding-invitation features. Availability and limits can depend on the selected package. Check the Pricing page for the current package information.
Can I browse wedding invitation templates before choosing a plan?
Yes. You can browse and preview Invitea wedding invitation templates before deciding which plan fits the design and features you want.

Which Invitea plan should I choose?
Choose Free for the essential RSVP and Guestbook experience, Premium for premium templates and advanced guest tools, Signature Domain when you want Invitea to manage your invitation domain, and Bespoke Exclusive Design when you want a private custom design created specifically for your invitation. See Pricing for the current package details.
What is Signature Domain?
Signature Domain is a managed service that includes the Premium invitation experience plus domain procurement and setup handled by Invitea. Invitea manages the requested domain, DNS, SSL, and connection to your invitation as part of the service workflow.
What is Bespoke Exclusive Design?
Bespoke Exclusive Design is a private custom invitation created for one customer. It includes the managed-domain experience and a custom design developed within an agreed design scope, with revisions handled through the bespoke design process.
Does viewing the Pricing page start a payment?
No. Viewing the Pricing page does not start a payment. A plan's button takes you into the appropriate registration, dashboard, billing, or managed-service flow only when you choose to continue.
Support
Where existing Invitea customers can continue private support conversations.
How do existing customers get support?
Existing Invitea customers can use the private Support Tickets workspace for invitation, account, payment, or technical questions. The public Contact page can also help route you to the right place.
Are Support Tickets private?
Support conversations stay within the signed-in customer's Invitea workspace. Ticket content is not displayed on the public Contact or FAQ pages.
