Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using Invitea. They explain the rules that apply when you access the platform, create or manage an invitation, or use Invitea services.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

These Terms describe the current Invitea product and managed-service rules reflected by the platform. They do not add a governing-law, jurisdiction, minimum-age, or general refund rule that has not been separately established.

1. About These Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of Invitea, including its account workspace, wedding invitation functionality, public templates, available plans, and managed services. In these Terms, “Invitea”, “we”, “our”, and “the service” refer to the Invitea platform and the services made available through it.

By choosing to use Invitea, you agree to use the service in accordance with these Terms and any service-specific terms shown to you before you continue with an applicable managed service.

2. Using Invitea

Invitea is designed to help customers create, personalize, publish, and share wedding invitation websites. Depending on the features available to your account or selected package, Invitea may provide invitation templates, RSVP, gallery, guestbook, and other supported invitation tools.

Feature availability, limits, and service options can vary by package or account state. A feature described on one part of the site should not be read as a promise that the same feature is included in every package.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over access to your Invitea account and for activity carried out through your signed-in account. Private customer workspaces, including support and managed-service areas, may require you to be signed in before they can be accessed.

If you believe your account access has been compromised or you need help with account-related activity, use the available customer support routes described below.

4. Invitation Content

You are responsible for the information, images, messages, media, and other content you submit to Invitea. You should only submit or publish content that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use.

You must not use Invitea to submit, publish, distribute, or facilitate content or activity that:

  • is unlawful or used to facilitate unlawful activity;
  • infringes or misuses the rights of another person or organization;
  • impersonates another person, misrepresents identity, or facilitates fraud;
  • contains malicious code or harmful automated behavior; or
  • is intended to disrupt, damage, or improperly interfere with Invitea or its users.

5. Templates & Platform Materials

Access to or use of Invitea templates, software, interface elements, design systems, and other platform materials does not itself transfer ownership of those materials to you. Your use of those materials is limited to the functionality and access made available through Invitea.

Content that you provide for your own invitation remains subject to the responsibility described in the Invitation Content section above.

6. Plans & Payments

Current plans, included features, and pricing are shown on the Invitea Pricing page or in the applicable checkout flow. Prices, feature availability, and plan details are not duplicated in these Terms so that the current purchasing interface remains the source for those details.

Merely viewing the Pricing page does not initiate a payment. A payment or managed-service process begins only when you choose to continue through the applicable registration, account, billing, or managed-service flow.

These Terms do not create a general refund entitlement for plans or services that are not expressly covered by the managed-service refund terms below.

7. Managed Domain Services

For an applicable Signature Domain managed service, Invitea can register a requested new domain or connect an approved existing domain or subdomain, depending on the managed-service request. The applicable domain path is handled through the managed-service workflow.

Estimated completion is 3–7 business days after the required confirmation and paid service activation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion deadline, and timing can depend on the information or confirmations required for the request.

8. Bespoke Exclusive Design

Bespoke Exclusive Design provides one private custom design for the customer project together with the approved managed domain path for the invitation. Work on the custom design requires a complete design brief before the initial design target can begin.

The initial design is targeted within 3–7 business days after a complete brief. Final completion depends on customer review and revisions. Revisions are unlimited within the agreed design scope; this does not mean that unlimited changes outside the agreed project scope are included.

9. Managed-Service Refunds

For applicable managed services, refund eligibility remains available until irreversible managed work begins. A refund lock may be triggered when domain procurement, managed setup, or custom design work starts for the applicable service.

Managed-service refund boundary: once the applicable irreversible domain procurement, managed setup, or custom design work has started, the applicable managed-service payment becomes non-refundable.

This section describes the current managed-service refund rule. It does not state that all Invitea purchases are refundable or that all Invitea purchases are non-refundable.

10. Acceptable Use

You must use Invitea in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or third-party rights. In particular, you must not:

  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or impersonating activity;
  • misuse another person’s account, invitation, content, or access;
  • attempt to bypass access controls or misuse private customer areas;
  • disrupt or security-test the service without authorization;
  • introduce malicious code, abusive automation, or harmful content; or
  • use Invitea in a way that intentionally interferes with normal service operation.

11. Availability & Changes

Invitea may evolve over time. Features, templates, service options, workflows, or other product capabilities may be added, updated, replaced, or retired as the service develops.

Nothing in these Terms should be read as a promise of uninterrupted availability, a specific uptime percentage, or permanent availability of every individual feature or template.

12. Support

For general product questions, see the Invitea FAQ or Contact page. Existing customers can use the private Support Tickets workspace for invitation, account, payment, or technical questions.

These Terms do not establish a guaranteed support-response time or continuous support availability.

13. Privacy

Use of Invitea involves the handling of account, invitation, and service information. The separate Privacy Policy is the appropriate place for information about how personal information is handled.

These Terms do not replace or duplicate the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Invitea's product or service rules change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current published version of these Terms.

Please review the current version when you need to understand the Terms that are published for the service.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms or need help finding the appropriate Invitea support route, use the Contact Invitea page.
